• Property finding service - both residential and commercial - for individual requirements.
• Bank Repossessions - bank repossessions can be offered direct from the bank at low prices as the bank only requires enough funds to clear the mortgage owed to them. These properties are not usually in as good a condition as the properties normally offered but can deliver great value to the right buyer. A client would need to advise us their requirements and a selection of suitable properties can be made available for inspection.
• Investment Properties - Investment opportunities are available from apartment blocks to complete or partial developments to land or hotels. Again, your requirements are dealt with on an individual basis.
